The process to change the city plan into a block of residential buildings is ongoing. The city plan proposal was displayed for public inspection between 21 January and 19 February 2020. The city plan proposal contains 4,400 m2 of building rights.
Gyldénintie 2, Helsinki
Karapellontie 11 (KERA)
Will be developed into apartment buildings as well as office and retail buildings. The objective for permitted building volumes are approximately 14,000 m2 of building rights for residential buildings, and approximately 9,000 m2 of building rights for retail and office construction. The target area is part of a bigger area that is under re-zoning. The area goes by the name Karapelto 130516. The goal is to display the city plan proposal for public inspection in the spring of 2020.
Karapellontie 11, Espoo
The current unbuilt office building plot will be developed by rezoning for offices, a hotel and a recreation centre. The goal is to display the plan proposal for public inspenction in the spring of 2020. The plot has approximately 24,200 m2 of building rights.
Äyritie 6, Vantaa
Will be developed into a block of residential buildings with the neighbouring properties. The aim is to have approximately 22,000 m2 of building rights. The rezoning process has been initiated in January 2020.
Kielotie 1-3, Vantaa
Will be developed into a block of residential buildings. The rezoning process is ongoing (the same rezoning area with Äyritie 6). The aim is to have approximately 35,000 m2 of building rights.
